Finding your way around Ren

Ren's navigation lives in the sidebar on the left (it collapses on smaller screens). What you see depends on your role.

Home — everyone

Your daily starting point. It shows your Morning Brief, priority actions for your team, and the Ask Ren… box at the bottom where you can start a coaching conversation anytime.

My Team — managers and admins

The heart of the growth loop. Each direct report appears as a card with a three-part progress ring (Plan / Practice / Progress) so you can see at a glance who's on track. From here you set growth plans, reflect on Connects (1:1s), and browse your wider org. Tabs include My Directs, My Org (hierarchy view with team health), All Members (directory with search and invite), and Groups.

Workspace — admins only

Workspace-wide settings: integrations (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar), the people directory, groups and sub-workspaces, and organization details.

My Profile — everyone

Your intro (what you're working on and what helps you succeed), your connections (manager and direct reports), and monthly activity stats. See Your profile.

Chat history

Open any past conversation with Ren from your threads list, and pick up where you left off.

Note: If you see a "no seat" message instead of the navigation, your workspace admin needs to assign you a seat — see Roles and seats.
