Inviting your team
Who can invite
Workspace admins and managers can invite people. Look for the invite option on My Team → All Members or in Workspace → People.
Two ways to invite
Email invitation. Send an invite to a specific email address. You choose the person's role and team(s) when you send it, and you can include a personal message. The invitee gets an email with an acceptance link.
Invitation link. Generate a reusable link for your workspace with a role and team baked in — useful for inviting a whole group at once.
What the invitee experiences
- If they don't have a Ren account yet, the link takes them through sign-up and a short onboarding (profile, a quick tour of how Ren handles their data, and a coaching preview).
- If they already have an account, they'll see a confirmation screen and be added to the right teams automatically.
If an invite goes unanswered, you can resend it after one hour.
Seats
Each invitation counts against your workspace's available seats, including invitations that are still pending. If you've run out of seats, you won't be able to send new invitations — see Roles and seats for how seats are counted, including free "Team Profile" lite seats for people who don't need full Ren access.
