Role	What they can do
Workspace Admin	Everything: integrations, people, groups, organization settings, invitations, and Usage & Billing.
People Leader (Manager)	Plans and 1:1s for their directs on the Team page, invite people to their teams, and see their part of the org.
Team Member	Full Ren coaching: Today, Moments, Morning Brief, chat with Ren, and Profile.

Roles are assigned when someone is invited (or during onboarding for new workspaces) and can be managed by admins in Workspace → People.

Managing members (admins)

• People tab: pick a manager, see who's on Slack or Teams, and quick-invite.
• Org chart: drag a person onto a manager to change who they report to.
• Edit seat window: set who someone reports to, and their time away.

Usage and billing

Billing runs on a usage balance, not per seat. Admins can see member usage in Usage & Billing.
