Usage & Billing: balance, top-ups and promo codes

Workspaces now run on a usage balance that admins can top up.

The Usage & Billing tab

The billing tab is now called Usage & Billing. It includes:

• Add balance to top up
• Credit history
• A member usage table

On phones, find it under Plan & billing in the mobile menu.

Promo codes

Enter a promo code (for example, TRYREN10) when you choose a plan to add credit.

New workspaces

New workspaces with no plan see a free-credit banner.

Personal workspaces

• Earn extra conversations by referring others through Referrals (formerly Partner Portal).
• A personal workspace converts to a Team workspace when you invite someone.
