Trouble signing in

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to the Ren sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot password? on the sign-in form.
  3. Enter your email — you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the email address you signed up with (it's usually your work email).

Common fixes

  • "I'm signed in but see a 'no seat' message." Your account exists but doesn't have a seat in the workspace. Ask your workspace admin to assign you one from Workspace → People.
  • "My invitation link doesn't work." Invitations can be cancelled or superseded — ask the person who invited you to resend it. Make sure you sign up with the same email address the invite was sent to.
  • "I signed up with the wrong email." Contact support and we'll help you sort it out.
  • "I see an unfamiliar sign-in screen." Ren uses a secure hosted sign-in service — a briefly different-looking authentication page during sign-in is normal.

Note for admins

Admins can't reset a teammate's password from inside Ren — password resets are always self-serve through Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If a teammate is fully locked out, send them there first, then contact support if it persists.
