Profile and Settings

Profile is you, in your words. Settings is how Ren works for you. Both are tabs on your profile page; Edit profile is at the top.

Profile tab

• Your header: your role, team, who you report to and how many direct reports you have.
• Your Q4 plan: the Plan your manager sets with Ren.
• Your altitude: the leadership quiz.
• Your month with Ren, your themes and who you work with.

Voice: how talking to Ren works

• Reads replies aloud
• Let me interrupt: start talking to stop Ren mid-reply.

Appearance and language

• Theme: Dark, Light or System
• Clock: Auto, 12-hour or 24-hour
• Homepage: new (Today) or classic
