Your data is yours. Here's how we protect it.

Who can see my conversations with Ren?

Nobody but you. Your conversations are confidential to you and Ren — never shared with your manager, HR, or leadership. At the org level, leadership sees themes in aggregate and never attributable to an individual: where coaching is happening, where it isn't — never what got said.

What does Ren read in Slack and Teams?

Ren only reads messages in the specific channels that admins or managers explicitly add it to — it never scans your entire workspace, and it never reads direct messages unless it's explicitly added. Messages aren't stored in the app: they're read once to generate your Morning Brief, then only the summary is kept.

Does my data train AI models?

No. Your data never trains any AI models. Ren is SOC 2 compliant and the architecture is privacy-first. Enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Can I delete my conversations?

Yes. You can archive or delete any conversation from your conversation list. Deleted conversations are permanently removed.
