Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days, the full Team experience for your whole team — including Slack and Google. No credit card required. Convert to any plan any time. Start free in Slack or on the web at app.tryren.com/signup.

What are the plans?

Three plans, every seat the same price:

• Team — $99/seat/mo monthly or $75/seat/mo annual, up to 25 seats. Includes Slack and Google.
• Business — $65/seat/mo annual for 26–249 seats. Adds Microsoft Teams, done-for-you onboarding, the aggregate COO dashboard, and SSO.
• Enterprise — custom pricing for 250+ seats, with custom KPIs and a dedicated success team.

How do I change my plan or add seats?

Go to Settings → Plan in the Ren app. You can see your current plan and seat count, and upgrade, downgrade, or add seats anytime — we'll credit unused days toward the new plan. On Business and Enterprise, talk with us and we'll handle it with you.

Where can I find my invoices?

On the Settings → Plan page, click Manage to open your secure Stripe billing portal — your billing history, invoices, and payment method all live there. If you need a specific invoice or have a billing question, email us at support@tryren.com.

How do we get started on a deployment?

Book a walkthrough. We'll have an honest conversation about your team, walk you through what a deployment looks like, and help you figure out if Ren is the right fit.
