How does billing work?

Workspaces run on a usage balance that admins can top up. See Usage & Billing for balances, top-ups, credit history and promo codes.

Is there free credit to start?

New workspaces with no plan see a free-credit banner. Promo codes (for example, TRYREN10) add credit when you choose a plan.

Where can I find invoices?

Open Usage & Billing. If you need a specific invoice or have a billing question, email support@tryren.com.

How do we get started on a deployment?

Book a walkthrough. We'll have an honest conversation about your team, walk you through what a deployment looks like, and help you figure out if Ren is the right fit. Our team, not a salesperson. If you're not ready, we'll tell you that too.
