Workspace settings (for admins)

The Workspace page in the sidebar is visible to workspace admins only. It's home base for everything workspace-wide.

Integrations

Connect, reconnect, or disconnect Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Calendar. Each card shows its current status, and you'll see an alert badge on the Workspace nav item if the Teams bot needs installing or reinstalling. See the Integrations overview.

People

The full workspace directory. Each member shows their last sign-in, and an Inactive badge flags anyone who has never signed in or has been dormant for over 30 days. Pending invitations appear right in the list with a "Pending" badge, so you can see exactly where your seats are going. Drill into the reporting hierarchy level by level, manage roles, and send invitations. This is also where you assign seats — see Roles and seats.

Groups & sub-workspaces

Create and manage groups, assign members in bulk, and control which groups are public for anyone to browse and join.

Plan & organization

Edit your workspace name and logo in Customization, and manage your subscription in Settings → Plan — current plan, seat count, upgrades, and the Stripe billing portal for invoices. See Plans, billing & free trial.
