Integrations overview
Ren gets sharper the more context it has. Connect the tools your team already uses — workspace-wide integrations are managed by admins, and Google is connected per person.
| Integration | Plan | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Slack | Team and up | Ren surfaces the conversations that matter from the channels it's added to, feeding your Morning Brief. See Connecting Slack. |
| Microsoft Teams | Business and up | Works just like Slack: Ren reads only the channels admins or managers explicitly add it to — never the full workspace, never direct messages unless it's added. See Connecting Microsoft Teams. |
| Team and up | Ren factors your calendar into its coaching — pre-meeting nudges with context from the week, and a Morning Brief that knows what's on today. See Connecting Google. | |
| Zoom | Coming soon | Zoom meeting transcripts will feed context to Ren automatically — so your 1:1 prep and coaching reflect what actually happened in the room, not just what got typed. |
| HRIS | Coming soon (Enterprise) | Sync your org structure and people data from your HRIS so reporting lines, teams, and roles stay accurate without manual upkeep. |
Each integration card shows its connection status, and admins can disconnect an integration at any time.
A note on what Ren sees
Ren only reads the channels it's explicitly added to — it never scans your entire workspace, and messages aren't stored in the app: they're read once to generate the Morning Brief, then only the summary is kept. Your private coaching conversations with Ren are never shared back to Slack, Teams, or anyone else in your workspace. More in Privacy & security.
