Connecting Google Calendar
Google Calendar is a personal integration — each person connects their own calendar. It lets Ren see your meetings so it can make your Morning Brief smarter and support your 1:1 rhythm with prep and follow-up reminders.
Connecting
- Go to the integrations page and find the Google Calendar card.
- Click Connect and approve access in the Google sign-in window.
- The card will show your connection status once you're done.
What Ren does with your calendar
- Factors your calendar into its coaching — pre-meeting nudges with context from the week, and a Morning Brief that knows what's on today.
- Supports the monthly Connect rhythm — prep reminders before 1:1s and follow-up nudges after.
Reconnecting
Calendar access uses a token that can expire. If your card shows an expired or soon-to-expire connection, click Reconnect and approve access again — your settings are preserved.
