Shows whether this month's 1:1 is still to do and whether it's on the calendar. One a month; it resets on the 1st.

• Prep the 1:1 with Ren opens a private prep page with what's happened since your last 1:1. Only you see your prep.
• Ren marks it done from the Zoom transcript, or you log it.

Their quarterly Plan, built with Ren. They can see it, and the page shows when it was set and whether they've opened it. Change it with Ren reworks it in chat.
