Use Log a Meeting to add a meeting Ren missed. (It used to be called "Add a meeting".)
Where to find it
- + Add new
- Activity
- Upload in the Transcripts tab of Ask Ren
Three ways to log it
- Upload a transcript: .txt, .vtt, .docx or .pdf.
- Paste private notes.
- Record a voice recap of up to 60 seconds.
Is it your 1:1?
When the only attendees are you and one direct report, a switch asks whether it counts as your 1:1. See Plans and 1:1s.
Zoom meetings without a transcript
If a Zoom meeting over 5 minutes ends without a transcript, the host gets an Add transcript / Skip card on Today.
