Notifications and language settings

Email notifications

In My Account, you can control two kinds of email:

  • Thread notifications — emails when there's activity in your workspace conversations.
  • Product updates & tips — occasional emails from the Ren team. Opt out anytime.

Invitation and account emails (like password resets) are always delivered, since you'd be stuck without them.

Language

If your workspace has multilingual support enabled, you'll see a language preference on your My Profile and My Account pages. Switching it changes the entire app interface between English and 日本語 (Japanese) — just for you, not for your teammates.

Don't see the language option? It's enabled per workspace — ask us through support and we'll help you get it turned on.
