Signing up

Sign up at app.tryren.com/signup (or start free in Slack) with your work email and a password. The free trial is 14 days, no credit card required. Sign-in is handled through our secure authentication service, so you may briefly see an authentication screen during sign-up — that's expected.

If your company already uses Ren and your email domain matches your company's workspace, you'll be guided into that workspace automatically with a shortened setup.

If you were invited by a teammate, use the link in your invitation email — it carries your role and team assignments with it, so you'll skip the workspace setup questions entirely.

What onboarding looks like

Onboarding adapts to how you're joining:

• Starting a new workspace (admins): you'll set up your profile, name your workspace, learn how Ren handles your data, connect your messaging tool, choose which channels Ren listens to, and assign roles to your team.
• Joining by invitation or domain match: a shorter path — set up your profile, learn how Ren handles your data, and get a preview of coaching before you land on your home page.
• Managers are also asked to confirm their direct reports so My Team is ready on day one.

Everyone sets up a short profile during onboarding. Ren uses your answers to generate an intro that helps teammates understand what you're working on and what helps you succeed. You can edit this anytime — see Your profile.

Signing in later

Sign in from the Ren home page with the same email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen — see Trouble signing in.
