Your profile helps teammates work with you better. It lives at My Profile in the sidebar.

What's on your profile

• Your intro — a short, Ren-generated summary in two parts: "Here's what I'm working on…" and "Here's what helps me succeed…", built from your answers to a few profile questions.
• Your connections — your manager and your direct reports, with links to their profiles.
• Monthly stats — once your profile is complete: tasks completed this month and the number of people you've interacted with.
• Language preference — if enabled for your workspace, switch the app between English and 日本語 (Japanese).

Editing your intro

Click edit on your profile. You'll choose between two paths:

• Pick & Go — answer a few quick questions and watch Ren build your intro in real time. The fast path.
• From AI — give Ren fuller answers and get a more in-depth intro.

Either way, you can review what Ren generates, regenerate it, or switch paths before saving. Nothing is published until you save.

You can also pick a ready-made guiding phrase or have Ren draft one from your conversations, and edit it anytime. A built-in prompt lets you bring over relevant context from the other AI tools you use — ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot — so your profile starts with what they already hold.

Who sees what

Your intro and connections are visible to teammates — that's the point: it helps your manager and colleagues understand how to work with you. Your private coaching conversations with Ren are not part of your profile and are never visible to others.
