Daily brief (beta). The top of your homepage now has a box to ask Ren anything. Your question opens a chat on the right.
Richer profiles. Open someone's profile to see their Plan, Goals, and Growth focus, plus who they report to under Connections, and jump straight back into the conversation where you left off.
Plans you can actually read. Plans are now split into Goals and Growth focus. Goals are what someone's actively working on, and growth focus is the behavioral context behind it. Press "View full plan" to see the whole thing, plus Ren's alignment note, without reopening the chat.
Signal indicator. Each person now shows how much context Ren has on your relationship. The more you talk, the more Ren understands the shape of things.
Team health at a glance. A card on your homepage and dashboard shows your Plan and Connect coverage for the month (for example, 5 of 6 plans and 5 of 6 connects, 83%), with a link to how it's calculated.

A cleaner, two-part homepage. The top holds your daily brief, and below it sits your recent conversations, so you can revisit anything you've discussed with Ren.
A better chat. Maximize it for a fuller view, minimize it to keep working while Ren thinks, close and reopen it anytime, or clear it to start fresh. You can also archive your chats: press X on any chat to move it to your archive, and reload an old one whenever you need it.
Copy and log in one step. When Ren drafts something like a Slack message, you can copy it with one button, and pressing it also logs the action (for example, your Connect) back in Ren.
A simpler dashboard. See your team's overall health, then drill into any person, or into a manager to see their own coverage (for example, a lead at 50% with one plan and one connect across two reports). Status icons keep it obvious: green is set, yellow is in progress, gray is not set yet.
A richer personal profile. Your own profile now opens with Ren's outlook on you (a short summary to focus your attention), a "Where have you been" recap of your month (connects completed, growth plans, feedback drafted, people discussed), and a quick view of your team and manager. Edit profile works just like before.
